Attention Reinhart Auctions;The Sheriff’s Office hereby authorizes Reinhart Auctions to conduct the
auction of the following seized vehicle:

* Mileage: 282,727 KM
The auction is scheduled to take place on December 23, 2025, at
approximately 3:00 PM at 14533 Chinguacousy Road, Caledon, ON.
Auction preview time 2 :00 pm Tuesday December 23, 2025 .
The Sheriff retains the right of price to ensure the acceptance of the auction
refusal by setting a reserve price aligns with the fair market value of the vehicle.
The vehicle will be sold “as is,” without warranty or guarantee. It is
not certified or safetied, and this shall be the sole responsibility of
the purchaser. Neither the Sheriff’s Office nor Reinhart Auctions shall
be liable for any defects or conditions of the vehicle.
At the time of seizure, the vehicle operated under its own power and was
driven to meet the tow operator for transport to the storage facility.
The vehicle was being used as a commuter vehicle up until its seizure.
The above descriptors are provided for Reinhart Auctions to use in
advertising and promoting the auction.
